Hunter Health is seeking an Advancement Program Manager to help drive the relationships, campaigns, and systems that fuel our mission to improve community health. This role prioritizes work that directly supports fundraising outcomes, donor engagement, and strategic advancement initiatives. It is a high-impact, high-visibility position for someone who thrives at the intersection of fundraising, storytelling, and execution. You will work across development, marketing, grants, and community engagement, playing a vital role in how we connect our work to the people and partners who make it possible. Success in this role will be defined by strong execution of advancement initiatives, growth in donor engagement, improved visibility into fundraising performance and pipeline activity, and contributing to securing revenue (donations and grants) at a level of approximately three times annual salary.

The Corporate Philanthropy and Partnerships Officer leads Botanica’s corporate fundraising strategy, growing the number of corporate supporters, increasing philanthropic revenue, and strengthening retention year over year. This relationship-centered fundraiser manages a corporate donor portfolio, secures event and program partnerships, cultivates corporate foundation support, and ensures exceptional stewardship and benefit fulfillment. The Officer strengthens engagement with the greater Wichita region and strengthens the visitor experience by collaborating closely with Events, Marketing, Programs, Visitor Services, and Finance to develop compelling partnership opportunities—including the Illuminations Holiday Light Display, Tulipfest, Art Exhibitions, and Educational Programs.

Outreach and Events Coordinator

This public facing team member is responsible for coordinating Botanica's outreach programs, specifically working to create opportunities for people to connect with nature and engage with the garden. The coordinator can expect to be a major contributor to alt garden events and traveling exhibitions. Assignments are received from the Director of Events & Exhibitions, however, the coordinator ls expected to act proactively and cooperatively with all departments to support the overall goals of the organization.
