From Data Basics to Boss

This session will take you from the beginnings of where to start with your data. We will then dive deeper helping you become a reporting expert. Who owns the data in your organization? Is it you? Do you have a database manager? Learn how the you and/or the philanthropy officer and database manager can work together to interpret the data. Explore Blackbaud pre-built reports and the key filters that might help tell the story behind your data.  Don’t use Blackbaud, no worries, we’ll cap off the presentation by showing examples of custom reports that you can create in-house. Now that you know your data, you have the power to answer your own questions and create your philanthropy strategies.
