About the event
Without enough time in the day to get everything done and after being held hostage by the pandemic and feeling threatened by the great resignation it has never been more important than now to hold workers accountable in a consistent manner to reach the desired outcomes. Yet it’s never been more difficult to do that. In this session Charlie will shine some light on how to create an environment designed to help your staff succeed and find what they are searching for to meet their needs. Having presented over 2000 sessions Charlie will draw models and tell stories to help you build an environment to e.m.b.r.A.C.e. organizational development. You will leave equipped to be more successful, brave enough to move in a new direction AND have more time in the day.
About the Speaker:
Charlie Moon has worked every day of the last 30+ years to help professionals understand the importance of how to select the right people along with a viable plan and sustainable process to e.m.b.r.A.C.e. organizational development. He draws on anecdotal stories, intellectual property, and hieroglyphics to illustrate points that are outlined in his first book “How to Turn Order Takers into Rainmakers”. Moon’s process helps unwilling critical skeptics do the undoable.
When he isn’t spending time with professional services organizations he raises money for those less fortunate as a Benefit Auction Specialist where he has sold a dollar bill for $3000.00, a sweaty bandanna for $800.00 and raised $500,000.00 in about 14 minutes by involving the right people, with a viable plan and a sustainable process.
