She and her team have raised more than $30 million to benefit children in crisis. Under her leadership, annual contributions have doubled, new programs and buildings have been funded, and community partnerships have grown.
A Wichita native, she is a long-time community volunteer. For twenty years, she has worked in the non-profit world and is committed to empowering others and positively impacting those around her. She currently enjoys serving on the AFP Board.
Kim Pennington has been guided by John Wesley's philosophy of "Do all the good you can, by all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all times you can, to all people you can. As long as you can" throughout her professional career.
Steve Schaumburg is the Chief Growth Officer at Tanganyika Wildlife Park & Foundation.
