About the event

Psychological safety and trust in the workplace impact how we feel and perform at our jobs.  Unfortunately, a culture of trust doesn’t magically develop but must be cultivated. Leaders who create a trustworthy environment for their members experience higher morale, increased productivity, and quicker decision-making.  In this presentation, we’ll explore the type of climate that fosters open communication and the steps you can take to create a safe environment where members can ask for what they need, offer genuine feedback, and share divergent perspectives.  As you start noticing organizational members having more candid, mutually respectful conversations, you’ll also see members becoming wholehearted contributors.  If you are ready to create a work environment where members are more productive, engaged, and energetic, this presentation is for you.
